La Croix Rebrand

The rise in popularity of hard seltzer has been fueled by younger health-conscious buyers with a preference for low-alcohol beverages. They typically have less than 100 calories per serving (beer, wine and cocktails range from 100-400), are gluten free and range from 4.4% to 6% ABV. They have an equal acceptance and appeal to men and woman where beer tends to trend more to male drinkers. Pricing varies but they typically run cheaper than craft beer and midrange wine and spirits. LaCroix has decided that they want to capitalize on this trend. As the most recognized brand in sparkling water they are in a great position to own this market as well.
